Still hate arm day....#butneedstobedone Quad set -triceps -cable pressdowns -cable pulldowns -cable rope pressdowns - pull apart at bottom -tricep push-ups 10 each 4 sets 90second rest max between rounds Quad set -biceps -incline DB curls -seated DB hammer curls with twist to outside at top -standing DB curls 45 degree angle -bent over DB curls (short range of motion- should burn like a ***** at this point) 10 reps 4 sets 90 second max rest between sets Cable curls superset OH DB press Shown here 7 sets of 12 Max 30 second rest between sets Single arm cable curls superset cable kickbacks -shown here 2 sets 20 reps per arm I tend to always gain fat back the fastest in my arms so here is hoping they keep some shape moving forward!!! #momswholift #beyoutifulbeast #biceps #triceps #fidelitystrong #chasinglife #chasinggoals #ladylifters #FRÄK #lioness
