This week has been full of cravings and fails. From my job having a huge visit next week from our CEO being overworked and not getting to be in the gym as long as I want... to eating more than my macro amounts each day more and more. Just telling myself tomorrow is a new day. It's okay. I've been sooooooo hungry. Soooooo tired. On another note been focusing solely on glutes and hamstrings for leg days (I'm quad dominant) and almost completely ignoring my quads. Trying to really strengthen my glute activation. Any tips on doing so greatly appreciated! ? tomorrow is a new week everyone, kill it. :D
