I still train when I can, I lift weights, I squat, I walk I do it all but of course I know the limit! Pregnancy doesn't stop you from training it's the most important time in a women's life to bond with her baby, eat healthy and exercise , emotionally and physically the change can be hard but I was a gym junkie before and I will continue to be once bub is here
