Growing up I HATED my legs. I was a soccer player and swimmer and it just seemed like they would get bigger the harder I tried to make them smaller. As I have progressed in my fitness journey I Have grown to love them. Seeing the power and strength they have brought to my powerlifting has really changed my view. Now I just want them to be lean and strong. 32lbs down and strength better than ever. Happy Humpday fitfam!
