I have been asked quite a bit lately if I’m planning on competing at all this year so here it is. I absolutely love the challenge of competition, pushing my body to its limits while discovering the ins and outs of how the body reacts to even the smallest things… However that being said I’m a little over the process… The emotional and physical commitment you need to compete is huge and if I feel like I can’t give 110% I’m not going to do it. Situations always change so I’m definitely not ruling out any future competitions but for now I’m going to make the most of this time off and really push my body to grow. That way when I come back in a year or so I will be bigger than ever and ready to kick the old me’s *** ?
