I have had no motivation lately and it's been killing me. Today though Thank God the sun was out, the day was beautiful and my sister and I went for a bike ride and even though I had been slacking all last week I just needed a push to help me get back at it. If you lagging in your workouts take a moment and breathe, pray a little then go jam out to new tunes and kill your workout. Ps I secretly hate admitting this but if I feel lazy or feel like I'm not doing my workouts great I go onto ig and creep on girls that I think my body is better than but they have more followers...for me it pushes me because I know I am better and I want to prove it (the number of followers doesn't mean a person is healthier or better to me it's just competition....everyone has something that will help push them..for me I need competition pps...no I don't have the most followers but I'm working on how to make videos because right now I'm awful at it...tips welcome lol
