Hip thrusts at 190# for 7 reps (5 sets). I feel pretty good about that since I just recently started doing barbell hip thrusts. I've always done hip thrusts with the hamstring curl machine so it's nice to have the greater ROM. And sorry for the crappy picture... I feel weird taking pictures in the gym. Anyone else, or is it just
