1. Lower bodyfat will bring sharper definition, but I need more thickness to match the thickness of the front half of my body. 2. Erector spinae are a work in progress, but this pic highlights what I feel is my "favorite" weakness. Favorite in the sense that it is the one that I am going to most enjoy targeting. I want to develop the lower inner lats in such a way that they are distinctly separated from the Christmas tree (I know there's no tree yet, just work with me and use your imagination here lol). Wow. Just as an aside articulating my goals this explicitly has more clearly defined EXACTLY why I'm in the gym. 3. Ffs one line in the hams wouldn't hurt.
