Don't just diss light weights. I'm a huge advocate for training heavy even for the smaller muscle groups to overload and gain strength for more size potential, but light weights can deliver some serious tension to optimize the metabolic stress factor to build muscle. I chased a serious pump this morning with just a 10 lb dumbbell! Switch things up here and there, shock the muscles, GROW.
