Haven't been on in a bit but still doing the lifty lifty thing. Legs n shoulders. Struggled today with everything at a weight that should normally be easy peasy .....crappy stressful morning and little sleep. Front squats 6x8 125# RDLs 6x8 155# Barbell walking lunges 10x 10. 50# Went heavy on shoulders to try and get more strength back after surgery, Dumbbell presses 5x5 50# front 25# and rear delt 20# raises 4x10. Shoulder felt like crap today ....ugghhh....but at least I tortured the glutes with the lunges. Gonna get me some good sleep and I'll be back to being beasty tomorrow. Kill it peeps.
