Started the week off with back & biceps. No problems at all with my shoulder during training, warmed up really well, trained carefully, all good until...stretched my arm behind my back while doing my post workout stretches and the whole thing cramped up and went tingly, just shows I am not as healed up as I thought. D@mn you tendinitis, I will beat you and I will train carefully.
