Giving the magic tape a try...I am open to almost anything if it can help with my recovery. I had a good chest & triceps session this morning, getting stronger and noticing less niggles in my shoulder each week now. ??? ...and d@mn I look tired, only 5 1/2 hours sleep, ufff.
