So today marks a week of going to the gym everyday and eating okay but with no direction. I started taking all essential vitamins and everything. I'm getting back into the swing of things! I decided to do a full week of exercising without posting to make sure that I'm going to be serious about this. I've been reading and learning about the keto diet so I'm going to fly by the seat of my pants and tackle it full force! My goal is to shed some lbs but keep as much muscle as I can! I'm not near a scale but I'm pretty sure I'm right at 260lbs. I feel great and I'm sleeping the best I have in a long time. ( I was on the verge of taking a sleep test) I lost my health because I (emphasis on I) let go. I knew that I would get sad and eat my emotions following a breakup but I did it anyway. I had no discipline and now I do. I need as much help as I can get so if you have anything for me to read to use, please do! Let's do this!
