So.. yeah I had 3/4 of a pizza last night with beer after a run. It was great!!! Super proud of my gains during 250K and I'm so ready for the 10th to start Still in It, but this gal needed some pizza n beer this week!! Goals- Really focusing on upping the cardio.. Fitbit is kicking my butt for not having a better resting & peak heart rate. HIIT. Looking at new programs as well. I like to devote at least an hour to weights alone & then 30 mins for some cardio activity. Just posting to keep stock of my thoughts. Hope everyone is killin it this morning. Flex Friday pic on the way?????
