Avatar Nutrition calculates your weekly goals, and broken down by day, how many grams of carbs, protein, fat, and fiber you should consume. I'm on moderate weight loss now, and in a few months it will be muscle building. The science seems accurate behind it, but it's really hard for me to consume only 1300 calories a day, especially in gym days (aka 2 days on 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off is my gym routine). So I'm alwayssssss hungry.
