Trying a new recipe since the crusted chicken came out so good last week I thought ?why not make crusted tilapia ... I was scared for a second thinking it was not come out right, but it was great. Definitely making it again! Macros 6.5g F;14.9g C; 31.8 g P..... and guess what? That is for the whole meal!
