today- banded pushups pullups and raises

Tried a heavy band push-up routine today bc my friend had done them. They are mean and awesome. Did dropsets of them w regular push-ups all to failure. Then I did two reps of wide grip pullups as many times as possible (trying to build my endurance) then finishing with hanging leg raises. Repeated four times, and done. Quick and fun!
