Seriously friends, in under 10 mins (bc I had limited workout time today) I completely fried my biceps. Eccentric training, incline, straight, and drag curls to hit all the angles, isolation holds, all at a tempo of 1 count up , 3 down. Started from 40 lbs and worked down to 10 lbs. amazing stuff. If you aren't familiar with Athlean-X, and Jeff Cavaliere, you are missing out on some seriously fun training techniques that have paid off!
