Two lies & a truth: 1️⃣ I once saved a baby from a burning building... while blindfolded. 2️⃣ I arm-wrestled The Rock... and won. 3️⃣ I'm now currently consuming 2100 calories on the regular & my measurements are still increasing & decreasing where I want them to. . Reverse dieting, yo. It's amazing. ?? If you're unsure of how to start reverse dieting, feel free to message me.
