Months ago, I switched to a 50% blend of calisthenics and weight training to build the ultimate version of me, at 51. The "Headbanger pull-up" is just a taste of the many pull-up variations that I have in my arsenal. Incidentally, none of my exercises are for done for show. If I don't see gains in 6 weeks, they are rotated out for something more effective. Give them a try!
