Too tired to smile but apparently not too tired to attempt a flex..... Todays agenda Rise 4:28am (I slept in) Cardio 5:05am Quick cuddles and sugar crisps(them not me) 7:15am Work 8:30am Lift 2:10pm cardio round 2 3:00pm Back to work 3:45pm The last bit of cardio cause I ran out of time earlier 6:20pm Posing 7:30pm Quick cuddles and pb toast(again them not me) Bed 8:57pm This isn't everyday but it def was today.... Somedays succeeding simply means rise-routine-rinse(if you are lucky to even find time to shower)-repeat.
