Legs and shoulders today. Started with squat. Went 1x10@135, 1x5@225, 1x2@315, 1x4@335. NEW PR OF 1x1@375, NEW PR 1x1@385, THEN JUST WENT FOR 405..... AND GOT IT! (Spotter only had hands on me incase.)
