STARTING WEEK 10: Ignorance is bliss and so are burritos when you aren't tracking your macros. Im down just over 25lbs. If you would have asked me in December how much weight I needed to lose to get a six pack (or be in shape) I probably would have said about 10 pounds. I was OBLIVIOUS to the weight I had actually put on over the years until I start looking at progress pics and previous summers' pool pics during this challenge. I thought I looked much better than I did. ? It's crazy how your weight can literally sneak up on you. I mean, there's a lot of love in those handles. P.S. I still don't have a six pack but I'm working on it.
