time for some rest

So...this will be a huge step for me. My hammy is feeling much better but after speaking w my chiro and coach, I have been ordered to take an entire week off! The last time i did that...well, to be quite honest...I was in treatment, so 2012. So this week will be about staying strict w my meal plan and mental gains!!! They both agreed I could hike/walk...so I'm sure there will be plenty of that...but for now, she rests! ;-). I'm certain my body will thank me and reward me...much needed!!!
