So a few months ago I deleted Spotify off my phone due to some technical issues I've had with it, since then I haven't listened to music for my workouts. Today I decided to re-install the app and my gawd, I had the best workout I've had in months. I never actually realized how much impact listening to music could have on my training. If some of y'all are lacking motivation in the gym, maybe update your music playlist, or start listening to some good pump up music, it just might work wonders.
