Sorry not much to flex. This Flu has taken all energy & focus! I feel like 2 days down, no gym.. it's killing me & my progress blah!! Need some encouragement & suggestions. Anyone had this crud? What did you do? How much is this going to effect my muscle strength & tone? If I can get this chest congestion n cough managed, get back to the gym starting with weights, listen to my body & take it slow.. I'm not one for taking it slow..
