1 year ago to the day! Miss hitting legs hard, nothing quite like a good hard squat session! As long as this weekend training goes well and no injury fight back, as of next week I will be back to training legs twice a week :) 70kg for 3 sets of 8 last week, hoping for same reps and sets with 85kg this week, slow and steady wins the race. I will be happy as of next week to add 5kg to my deads and squats each week until I am back to my old working weights. It will come, just you watch!
