before I knew about macros, I used to think these ppl ate so unhealthy... but in reality I'd down massive amounts of food if I had one "cheat meal" macros isn't about eating unhealthy... it's about eating in BALANCE.. picture is ice cream, with marshmallows, chocolate syrup :)
