Looking back over my progress pics, seeing my strengths, noticing my muscles & body composition changing. Now I'm also noticing my areas in need of more work.. I've always known..but now I'm noticing them standing out more because of the progress my other muscles are making. New Goal.. specifically Legs!! (Most noticeable back of legs & inner thigh) & lower abdominal target areas. It's crunch time!!! This competition is so motivational!! Seeing everyone changing for the better.. making true lasting transformations!! And how exciting that there are prizes involved too!! Honestly my Anniversary is right after this comp ends.. I'm so looking forward to going away on a romantic weekend with my hub and feeling fantastic about my transformation!! So many reasons to keep pushing!! Lifelong goals!! Now to focus on my strengths & crush these weaknesses!!! Let's go!!!
