Grilled vegetables, white rice(we NEVER have white rice!!!) made with 99% fat free cream of chicken soup and broccoli, and homemade sloppy Joe (red pepper and onion chopped, added seasoning, and 99% fat free sirloin, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce) with a grilled bun! Not to forget BCAA + Glutamine drink... just got home from the gym. Haven't been on for a couple days !! :))
