I've been posting beginning of the week weight, measurements, & progress pics but I'm swapping to the end of the week to track. But here's some progress pics while I had the gym to myself. Loving Shortcut to Shred, but I think I'm needing to add some HIIT CARDIO. Thoughts on doing this before of after weights? Like 30 mins elliptical or treadmill. #250KCHALLENGE
