My Inspiration~ Evan Childs

I've been following Evan Child's Fitness for about three years now. I've seen HER grow as well as see her start her own workout program for women all around the world called the Alpha Female program which I may pursue this summer or next winter. There's a personal trainer who works near my house but we like to go to the cabin in the summer so that is why I thought Evan's program would be good because I could do the workout at ANY gym and not worry about locations. The local PT could be for the winter and training. All around, Evan is a wonderful person. She was a match with her brother when he had cancer and went for it, she encourages others, she's friendly, funny, and all natural! I love you evan
