You know that term "Balls to the Wall" well I did Boobs to the Wall" I went back to my old Crossfit. Days and did a WOD and OMG, I did not leave nothing on the table.......3 rounds ( and I thought I might do 5-SIKE!!!) each exercise I did for a minute and then rotated without rest ( I tried) 1. Row machine for meters 2. Wall Balls 3. Deadlifts 4.Box Jumps ( really step ups- will work my way back up) 5. Kettle bells.... This is my baseline I will do WOD again in a month and see my progress..... it was awesome!!!!!
