In 2014, I started weight training & decided that I wanted to try the Arnold Blueprint as my first ever program. I've always been more of a long distance runner so it was very difficult for me. I was discouraged early on and stopped training for a while. Eventually, I learned to pick a more "suitable" program lol. Fast forward to now, I decided to try the program again. This time I was able to be more consistent. Kinda proud of myself. Trying to reach 180lbs without doing a major bulk. Long road ahead but I'm making progress!
