Felt a little deflated after cutting my second workout this week short due to little injuries. Looking back at when I had this physique I remember the amount of injuries I had and overcame to get there. I tore my groin twice, threw my lower back out due to an old rugby injury, pulled every muscle in my back due to sleeping funny (that one really did hurt!). Despite all of these I still chipped away day in day out, kept my nutrition on point and manage to achieve the best shape of my life.
