WELLLLL I tried to take a picture of my dinner BEFORE I started eating it but the photo didn't upload! 99% lean beef burger with mini tomatoes and spinach. Sweet potato fries, grilled Brussel sprouts and a BCAA drink as well as regular water. I had a kick *** workout today and worked mainly on my upper body but did a little bit of cardio because I love to run. This is only my second meal of the day and I'm upset because unneeded much more food than this!! Thoughts on eating at night?? My thighs and hamstrings are injured still and I don't know what to do to help them. My massage therapist loosened them up as well as my glutes but I can't spend all my week there. It's the worst when I haven't been stretching and I go to stand up or sit down OWW. Any advise on how to heal my thigh, glutes, and hamstrings is GREATLY appreciated.
