Surprise! Another chicken, fruit, and salad meal. Don't underestimate the power of food (and timing) to give you the energy for an intense workout. I've taken NO pre-workout supplements (yet) and haven't had any issues powering through my workouts. I'm convinced it's because of the food I'm choosing to eat before I go and workout.
