I have no problem taking a rest.. but one whole day off when you have a goal, momentum, & had a good night sleep + other recovery methods in place.. seems like I should keep going if my body allows. As far as active Rest goes.. what do you think of Intense Cardio on rest days? I'm talking 5+ miles outside, pushing a stroller, varied terrain? Am I going to do more harm than good? I did do Glutes yesterday & feel a bit sore but I can still run without looking injured?? suggestions? Please & Thanks!!!
