Hey guys, I'm on my weightloss journey! About 4 months ago I weighed myself in at 170, which is my highest weight I have ever been. I began eating healthy and working out, but without structure. Throughout this I have lost 15 pounds, which is a lot for me because I'm so short. The pics of me in the black shorts are the after pics. I now weigh 155, my goal is 130. I want to lose fat and tone up, my goal is in 6 months. I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin and I'm hoping that this app will help me and that I'll be able to achieve the goals I am setting out for.
