?HELP! After three weeks of working out hard, eating clean and often, getting rest and doing everything that I imagine I should do, I have not seen my weight increase, it actually went down. 140 to ~137. I'm eating 5-6 times a day, my protein intake is about 180-200g. It's very frustrating. If anybody has any advice, please, I would really really appreciate it!!!
