This picture is in my progress as well. This is after in the morning about to head to the ocean for 3-5 hours of body surfing and fighting the waves and walking. After wards I headed to the gym. Had sea food soup that night. Scallops, baby octopus, lobster, shrimp, fish, clams, all the good stuff. I need to be eating enough though which I'm working on
