Today was leg day, and it was slightly frustrating because I felt like I was a lacking a little on strength (probably bc I didn't consume enough carbs before my workout). My regular squats were also total **** bc my back was aching a little (bc of my recent back injury). I'm not too thrilled about how low in weight my squats were. It made me feel like an amateur. Other than that I feel pretty good about how much I was sweating, how hard, and how long I worked out.
