Lunch time/pre-workout meal about to go down

It's week 3 of the Bodybuilding.com challenge and I'm feeling great. I must say my skin has cleared up A LOT in the past couple weeks, and I attribute that to the clean & healthy meal plan I'm on. That just goes to show how truly important nutrition is when it comes to our bodies. With that being said, I just want to address my opinion on carbs. I love carbs!! I will NEVER do a low carb diet. Ever. They're so important as a source of energy. A lot of people tend to avoid them when trying to lose weight (which is fine, everyone has there own weight loss methods), but I don't think it's necessary. Especially when you eat the RIGHT carbs i.e. fruit, veggies, and whole grain. I've had absolutely no issues losing weight, and I consume carbs at every meal. That isn't to say you can't/shouldn't manipulate your carb intake based on your goals, but rather, that you don't have to do a NO carb/low carb diet to get the results you want.
