IG 1/23/17

Today was lower body, #nocardio day... it was also #mealprep day for me! I am so happy that today is the first day I've gone all day with no headache! I hope I don't jinx it. My BP was pretty good, and the lowest I've seen in months. I'm praying I'm over the hump and finally getting this under control, as it has been hovering at scary levels 180-190ish over 105...
