why do i workout?

Why do I workout? ⢠⢠Because no matter how crappy, tired, sad or sore I am, I never feel bad after a workout. ⢠⢠Because sometimes I just need to accomplish SOMETHING that day.⢠⢠Because I know that moving my body physically, will remove me from any "funk" I may be in. ⢠⢠Because my body feels GOOD after and so does my heart â¤ï¸ ⢠⢠Because it's good for me and I know that⢠⢠Because I feel stronger after. Not only physically but emotionally. ⢠⢠There was a time in my life (after a series of back to back competitions and a heartbreaking separation) where all I wanted to do was curl up under a rock and die! ⢠⢠I gained 50 lbs and said if I gain ONE more pound all I wants is a single bullet and a gun! It was a hard time for me. Really hard. ⢠⢠Moving my body again, feeding it high vibration foods and fuelling my mind were what got me through that. Slowly but surely I got ME back. ⢠⢠Now I workout for the social aspect. To share my journey and join others on theirs and have them join me on mine. ⢠⢠Now I coach others to do the same. Some have gone through similar struggles, are currently going through them and some haven't.⢠⢠Now I workout for them too! To help them, to motivate them, to inspire them because they inspire ME! ⢠⢠Do I always want to workout? F**k no! But do I? Sure do! Because when I don't want too, I know that there's someone else who probably doesn't want to also! So I use them for motivation cuz I know they're counting on me to show up! ⢠⢠Today I dedicate my workout to YOU! You beautiful human, you!
