6oz (cooked weight) chicken breast, 2 cups rice, 2 cups broccoli. Slowly getting ready for the cut. Diet has been cleaned up. Macros are on point. Had a well needed cheat meal this past weekend. I just cut out 1 cup of rice starting this week. See how the body reacts. ??? ????
