Your body is literally all you have. You can lose a job, waste money on miscellaneous things, lose friends and family, but you will always have yourself. Give your body what it deserves. Every time you're moving and consuming nutritious meals, you're giving your body what it needs. In return, your confidence grows, you become healthier, you perform better, and you build better relationships. - If you're not exercising already, start now. Walk, jog, run, bike, skate, play sports, jump, skip, dance. Just make sure you do what your body was created to do.
