I used to be that person who would get excited about working out, then after a couple of weeks I would give myself excuses to "take it easy" or "take a break" when the going started getting tough or when my motivation wore off. The break would turn into months without working out. Giving myself a structured program and eating plan has really allowed me to shut down that voice in my head telling me that i was too tired to pursue my goals. As we approach week 3 of the @250kchallenge I am aware that this is the point where I would usually give up. Not anymore, not today. I've seen huge changes in my body already and I'm hungry for more! The work continues ??
