So I decided to take my 1st progress pictures! This is 12 days apart (Jan8th-Jan20th). Not too big of a difference, but it's a move in the right direction. Last week when I weighed myself at the gym, I was down 5lbs. I weighed myself on my home scale this morning and it showed I was down another lb (I'm not sure if I trust it so I'm going to weigh myself again on Sunday), which means a total of 6lbs down. I'm pretty happy with that number since I wasn't able to workout Mon-Wed of this week, due to my back injury. I did eat healthy though. Now that I'm feeling better, I can't wait to get back in the gym for some heavy workouts!
