This is one of my secrets to have a prompt recovery after an intense workout like today. I always make sure to do at least 5 to 10 minutes of stretching. I also take my BCAA and my protein shake and all of that keep me like New for the next day so there you have it. #250KChallenge @bodybuildingcom @optimumnutrition
